Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to inform us (Zaunfuchs GmbH, Detmolder Straße 93, 33100 Paderborn, [email protected], phone: 05251-414929-0) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail or an e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is however not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case you will be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier point in time.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be returned normally by the postal service due to their characteristics and which need to be picked up by us with the forwarding agency, these costs of 299,00 € plus the costs per transport rack in the amount of 44,90 € arise.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is caused by handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for which the production of an individual selection or determination by the consumer is mandatory or which are specifically tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• Contracts for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their characteristics.

Please inform yourself in advance whether the products are in stock as standard or if they are manufactured for you individually according to your order.

Special notes

If you fund this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from it, you will also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, insofar as both contracts form a single economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. Wenn uns das Darlehen bei Wirksamwerden des Widerrufs bereits zugeflossen ist, tritt Ihr Darlehensgeber im Verhältnis zu Ihnen hinsichtlich der Rechtsfolgen des Widerrufs oder der Rückgabe in unsere Rechte und Pflichten aus dem finanzierten Vertrag ein. Letzteres gilt nicht, wenn der vorliegende Vertrag den Erwerb von Finanzinstrumenten (z.B. von Wertpapieren, Devisen oder Derivaten) zum Gegenstand hat.

If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for this.
