The second number (5) describes the protection against water. Here, our LED solar caps achieve the rating "Protected against water jets (nozzle) from any angle". This means that heavy rain is no problem for our fence lighting, and a garden hose can be used to clean the posts without hesitation.

Our LED post caps with wiring even achieve IP protection class 67. This means that the luminaires are also protected against temporary submersion!

What accessories are available for our LED fence lighting?

For mounting our Smart Light LED post cap, we recommend our Smart Light LED transformer. This has a output voltage of 24 V DC and a rated power of 75 W. This makes one transformer suitable for operating 15 post caps.

Of course, our Smart Light LED transformer is also provided with the high protection class IP 67.

Can the LED fence lighting be controlled via WLAN?

To make it even easier for you to operate your LED post caps, they can be controlled with a app via your home network. To do this, use the wBox app, which supports the following devices: Apple iPhone, Apple iPad, iPad Mini, Android, computers and mobile devices with HTML 5.
