Delivery by forwarding agency
It is important that your order will arrive safely and without damage. We therefore only work with transport agencies that are familiar with our products and with whom we have developed high-quality packaging in order to guarantee safe and fast delivery.

For delivery by forwarding agency
- The unloading area for the truck must be freely accessible. Free kerbside delivery is to be made.
- The access road should be at least 2.50 m wide.
- During delivery, someone must be on site.
- Along with the order confirmation, you will receive information about the calendar week in which your order is expected to be delivered.
- As soon as the delivery has been forwarded to the shipping agency, you will receive a mail from us.
- Wishes regarding the delivery date can be taken into account. The shipping agency will contact you by phone/email approx. 3 days before the delivery, to arrange an exact delivery date.
Shipping costs in Germany
Please note that the prices are only valid for delivery to the German mainland. Please contact us if you require a delivery to the German islands.
Items that can be sent by parcel are indicated in the bottom part of the item page. If your shopping cart only contains items that can be shipped by parcel service, the costs are 14.90 €.
Shipping costs abroad
Please note that shipping abroad is only possible by forwarding agency to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Shipping abroad is only possible for certain items. Whether your shopping cart is eligible for international shipping is shown in the ordering process.
